Riverfront Business Consulting is owned and operated by Mary Ann Montano. When she was nine years old, she created her first company - a lemonade stand. Since then, she's always had that self-starter mindset. Early in her career, she gained valuable experience in Finance and Sales Operations, which provided her with essential management, budgeting, and planning skills. However, her true expertise and passion lies in inventory management, demand/supply planning, project managment, and organizational change management. She has participated in inventory audits and served as a liaison between sales, manufacturing, procurement, order management, and new product development to maintain optimal inventory levels. She's worked in consumer-packaged goods and IT industries.
Sprinkled in between, she managed to get her certifications in Project Management (PMP from PMI) and Lean Six Sigma Greenbelt. In addition to establishing her consulting business, she along with her husband, established a successful self-storage business of 10 years and is the prior owner of a defibrillator distribution business.
